I don't even remember Heavy Duty before he appeared in Sigma 6. What year did he come out?

He came out in 1991 he originally was a cool character i like the 1991 figure. He had a backwards neon green hat, tan muscle shirt and dark and neon green camo pants. he came with a huge spring loaded missil launching laser cannon thing that went all around his body and hooked to his backpack. he also had a red visor sight. Although that figure was cool to me i do NOT want hd over Roadblock in the movie or any joe related items. It's like wanting big brawler instead of Outback or High tech instead of Breaker or Dial tone. Some characters are iconic and some Not so much.

Thank god they havent confirmed Heavy Duty, just the actor. theres still hope its roadblock.
