What's wrong with that? It's just a listing. It's not an official listing from the production company or anything. It's some store site with a listing.
Nothing big. Look for other movies that are scheduled to be released around that time, sure you'll see some of 'em listed as well.
Read a Watchmen interview with the director. He's already working on features for the DVD release and they are already planning on 3 different versions of the DVD. And that one hasn't even hit theaters yet. And with the legal battle over distribution, it could be pushed way back.

Sometimes it seems the DVD is bigger then the movie. Which in a way makes sense. Movies are expensive, most movies make a ton more in DVD sales then they did in the theater.
