I'd rather not have an identifiable "Zartan," but rather have a few different actors actually portray him throughout the movie, with different looks, different costumes, even different postures and voices.
Somebody sorta proposed this on a related thread in a "who is Snake Eyes" thing, but I think it'd work even better for Zartan. He's a master of disguise, so why should anybody...especially Cobra Commander...know what he really looks like? |

Older but distinguished look. I can understand the un-known actor thing or maybe an actor that hasnt had his "big break" yet. Maybe the older brother from prison break or someone in the lines of that. Crispin Glover is a good thought too. JMO. | |

With his versatile acting ability he would put any other actor mentioned to shame.
