What diehard Joe/Cobra Vehicles would you like to see?

ok, I know I'm a newbie here, but shouldn't you guys keep in mind that the movie will be about a small terrorist organization's origins and the special forces unit formed to combat it? Each side will only consist of maybe a dozen main characters, and neither side will have funds or utility for anything the likes of a freakin aircraft carrier. Let's also keep in mind the cost of said items, and that unless the funding for Cobra is unlimited, there would be a a pretty fast spending cap on equipment with a jet fighter costing in the $50 million and up category...

I'd like to see smaller, personalized, tactical craft constructed for particular tasks, not fleets of jets and tanks without anyone to pilot them. Keep in mind, Cobra is a terrorist group with limited members and funds. If they had the money and resources to buy dirty nukes and fire them at tactical locations, they would, but they can't. They have to be more cunning and resourceful than that, as do the Joes.

Cobra has a guy called Destro who owns M.A.R.S. which manufactures all of Cobra's vehicles. As far as money they have it covered via the Crimson guards and their pyramid schemes spearheaded by the money laundering twins. Joe has the backing of the US government.

Joe and cobra were small compared to the armed forces of the world back in RAH, yet were able to have their own armies.
