since JGL isn't returning as CC who would you cast to play him ?
theres possibly 101 versions of this thread but who would you get to play the head honcho? I was thinking Hugo Weaving only because he did an awesome job as V in V for vendetta. tho i'm not 100% sure if he played the role or just did the voice. if he did indeed play the tole it shows that you don't need to see an actors face for emotion of a character.

Micheal Emerson (Ben from lost) would be an awesome choice. If they need to keep age continuity, Then cast Mike as any creepy Cobra guy.
