How can you be so confident that a movie you haven't seen will be 'crappy' and a cartoon you haven't seen will be great?

Cartoon....The way it looks, The Screen Shots we have seen.......Warren Ellis.......that says right there its going to be good....

Everything weve seen about the movie says its going to suck.......At least you can tell the Cartoon is GI Joe...

If you saw Screen shots of the movie minus Snake Eyes and no logo you couldnt even tell that was GI Joe...........
