the soundtrack should be the entire Misfits catalog (the Misfits from Jem not that crappy new jersey band that was all like 'step into horror hotel children in heat whoa-oh)

also Bruce Springsteen, because no one understands what Born in the USA or Glory Days are actually about

Cortez the Killer, Built to Spill version

Blue Flowers by Dr. Octagon

also Yellow Brick Road by Captain Beefheart for the Duke/Ripcord love theme

and everytime black as hell Ripcord shows up they'd need to play some REAL BLACK METAL like disturbed or Thomas Wheeler's Slash and Burn Jim Jam Band

yo joe

i'm guessing they will go along with songs and bands similiar to the new transformers flick, ie Linkin Park etc.

i would love a score similiar to Star Wars, but would also like stuff by bands as well. i'm thinking maybe Korn, Linkin Park, Evanescene, Metallica, and maybe a redue of the classic Joe Theme.

It's gonna be a score.

Either by Jerry Goldsmith or Steve Jablonsky.

Why?, becasue Jablonsky has a deal with Hasbro thanks to the sucess of TF's and, Goldsmith is Sommers chosen score artist.

If there is a "music inspired by" Its gonna be from a Big name label, probably Capital or Warner Brothers, full of current lame money making bands.

Dave Mustaine has something for G I Joe. So let Megadeth throw in a song for the soundtrack. It will sound excellent!
