Flint was my fave back in the day (and now too). Sad he won't be in the movie, but seeing the direction they are going in ,I'd just as soon they didin't.
Anyway. If you could take off ten years or so I'd go with Bruce Campbell. He's got a square jaw, He's a smart ass. By my accounts the perfect Flint.
But he's kinda 50 years old now.
Today I'd go with Justin Theroux, He's in allot of David Lynches new movies. IMO He's a tottal bad ass in those. So I'd go with him.

In terms of more contemporary actors, I actually wouldn't mind seeing George Clooney or Thomas Jane, though Clooney is too old. I think he definitely needs wit and a sense of humor, like Delta suggests, but I think that Campbell would be a bit too over the top. I'm not familiar with this Theroux fella. I do really like the Fillion choice, though. | |

But the Nathan fillion choice just has me synched on him. Especially given how much i loved the show firefly and the movie serenity. Now everytiume i watch that damn show im gonna be thinking of him as flint. Damnit :> lol | |
