i went with other since NO FRACKIN STORES seem to have anything instock ever and online stuff is usually held up and i refuse to buy from fee-bay scalpers. i rely on the kindess of others for anything. other than that blah to stores.

I agree with the chi-town collectors toys r us is worthless...they never have anything worth getting.

the worthwhile retailers are Target and if your lucky and get their before the hotwheel/scalper collectors - Walmart.

But I usually go with BBTS they have the stock and decent prices.

I had to vote Wal Mart, only because there are 6 in the area that i can go hunt at. We only have 1 Target, but they have been good at getting figures, they just don't get them often and they don't stay around long...

Wal-Mart and Target are both in general better than TRU in my area, but they all have their ups and downs.

Target is frequently the last to get anything new in stock, but for Joes their pegs are consistently empty, which means that they get in new stuff when it comes out (which is why the pegs are empty, it gets bought up).

TRU has such a small section, that its easy to miss it, but they do have their exclusives which are pretty rad.

Wal-Mart has a lot of figures, but uh... well, they have a lot of figures. Old ones though, unfortunately. They do have a ton of comic packs, too!

Meijer has nothing. Well, empty pegs...

Here in Toronto we only have Wal-mart and TRU. We don't have Target.. I would drive about an hour to go to Bafalo, New york.. just to buy G.I. Joes. besides it's cheaper down there.. But most of the time i get disappointed, bec theres nothing in the shelves!

I only started Collecting during the start of the 25th anniversary & 30th anniversary of star wars. Witch I don't collect anymore...
Toys'R'Us is No more!! When walmart and Target trump them in How quickly they get new waves in and how often they get re-stocked.
heck my TRU doesn't even have a Joe section only an end cap full of comic 2 packs

TRU isn't always the best I'll agree, but it was the first place around here that had the Wave 1 Comic Packs when they first came out. Also, 3 different times so far the 2 TRU's around the Capital District in NY have had Wave 8. So far no Wave 8 at any of the many Targets/Walmarts here. I guess it's hit or miss with TRU.
