What is everyones opinions on the ARAH takara figures?
I actually see a lot of them carded on ebay. I have actually been thinking of picking a few up like zartan since he was never carded over here. Anybody here like them?
I love them and have most of them, much better looking cards compared to Action Force versions of some of the same figures (which came out in the same period).

Too bad series 2 was canceled!
I agree, the card art on the Takara figure/vehicle packaging I always thought was very impressive, especially the sci-fi techno themed background.

I have Zartan and I still remember the day I got him in the mail. I went home for lunch (from work) and opened him up while I was driving back to work. As I picked him up from the passenger seat, I thought, "WTF! what's wrong with him?!?"
Then I remembered that his skin changed color, just like the original... DUH! I hadn't had one that did that since I had him new in 1984, so it slipped my mind.
I too was pissed when they cancelled the second series.
