how do sellers determine how much there afa graded toy is worth. where does briantoys.com come up worth there pricing for afa figs??? i have no clue

There are a few people that have a very small price guide for afa figures, such as Toyfare. However, most people add the price of getting the figure graded plus the fair market price of the figure plus a little extra on top of all that!! What I do is just list it on Ebay and let the customers decide how much they want to pay. Brians Toys on the other hand just pulls some large number out of there A** and expects people to just hand over there money to them and unfortunatly alot of people do.

I think Ebay has a big part in what determines the pricing. I just saw this weekend a MOC 11 back snakeeyes sell for over $1000...not graded. They have a graded one for auction right now....that will prolly go for close to $2000.

The actual AFA grade can determine prices. An AFA 85 can easily go for double the price of an AFA 80 of the same toy. How rare the toy is also determines price. Checking the AFA completed listings on ebay can determine prices. |
