I feel like we're going to see more of an action figure craze for the next few years. Since about late 1982, I've wanted Masters of the Universe figures to be in 3 3/4" scale and I think the time is near. With Jakks making the joe size wrestlers and Mattel getting the rights to WWE in a few years, that puts Jakks articulation of both scales in the hands of Hasbros top competitor in my opinion. After being blown away by Hasbro in the 3 3/4 scale for as long as I can remember, Mattel may finally have the strength to compete with Hasbro if they use the build n brawl design on MOTU and any DC stuff. To counter any of Mattels attempts to the thrown of the 3 3/4 scale, Hasbro will boost the 25th line. Then, while still in the lead, Hasbro WILL pull out the secret plan and they WILL use their adaption of the Toy Biz ML design and give us 6" joes. That would ROCK! As long as they weren't just movie figures. I wanna see the 80's line at 6". But, before destroying Mattel I wish they'd give star wars the 25th articulation already. I don't care how nice the sculpt of an "articulated" figure can look to the eye thru some plastic window. I want to see them pose! Just my thoughts. What do others think will happen and how do they feel about those thoughts?

Eh, I doubt it would ever happen, and if it did, I personally will let them get bought by someone else.
I am 1:18 scale all the way. Hasbro already does 1:6 scale, and I wouldnt cross the street for a foot tall GI Joe, if they were giveng them out free by the sack full. I dont buy anything else Joe figure wise, nor do I intend to. |

That's cool but 6" scale is not 1/6 scale. It's half the size. I'd be more excited for the MOTU in 3 3/4 scale than the joes in 6" scale though.

Nah, I have to draw my limits somewhere. I won't buy 'em but I would find other means to support the line.

I'd have to pass on them if they were made. I'm not into figures that would take up that much space anyways.

Let's stick to the 3 3/4 line. That's is where Hasbro has made too many mistakes, by going off the path of success. The ARAH line works because of the fanbase and previous history that was built on that scale. Keet it simple.
Keep putting out good products and great characters. |

Great points people. I'm actually glad to see that this is such a hardcore 3 3/4 family. I started buying Marvel Legends when their were no new joes around. They do take up way too much space. They also limit vehicles and playsets. Diaramas are near impossible as well. This is why I'm getting rid of everything in the 6" scale that isn't MOTU. I plan to sell them cheap and fast somehow. But if they did do ARAH in 6" I'd buy some.
