Hey Just Wanted To Know What Your Opinon Was On The Club Exclusives, On If It Was Worth Joining The Club To Be Able To Own The 2008 Club Exclusive Cobra Commander.....i Really Want It For My Collection But I Am Not Sure If I Want To Pay 42$ To Join The Club To Just Get The Figure...i Know It Will Probably Be Available Down The Road....so I Just Wanted All Your Opinions On What You Think I Should Do....is Anyone Else Joining Just To Get It?
Well that's the main reason I joined the club To be honest, I've been pretty happy thus far with my purchase and all I've gotten so far is two newsletters and I get to see some exclusive content earlier than non members (This is 200% more than I ever got with the Transformers club. I was a member before Master Collector took over)
If the only reason you're joining is to get the one figure, then you're probably not going to get your money's worth. While this particular CC might be a bit pricey at first, history has shown that the club exclusive membership figures fall substantially in price as you move further from their original release date.
However, if you are planning to buy a convention set, attend the con or are interested in any other Master Collector products, then you might as well join now since the cost of membership is built into the non-member pricing for those items.
Another thing that may get others to join is that they do preorders for the new 25th figures (I haven't done this as I seem to be pretty lucky in finding figures in retail) I was tempted to use Master Collector for wave 6 though, since it was only gonna cost $18 for the 3 new figures
