Hisstank RPG Story Mission The Hisstank RPG story mission game is an optional side game. In order to play, you must be a current player in the main Hisstank Joe vs. Cobra game. Your performance in this game will not affect the main Hisstank Joe vs. Cobra game in any way, however, if you choose to play the story mission, you will earn extra experience points. Should you choose to accept this mission, understand that your quest to reach the final stage will be difficult and fraught with danger at every turn. In order to survive, you will have to use your powers of reasoning and deduction, as well as your gut instincts. This mission will also be a test of your ability to follow directions in the field. As your handler, I will give you very specific instructions at every stage of your mission. Following these instructions will keep you in the game. How to play; You must play the Story mission game until you either complete the mission or lose all of your lives and hit Game over. If you drop out you don't earn any experience points. If you complete the mission, you will earn two [ 2 ] experience points. If you hit game over, you will earn one [ 1 ] experience point. There will be between four and six stages. Every turn or reset will be one stage of the game. Each day, shortly after midnight Eastern Time, I will present you with a scenario and provide you with three options of how to respond to the situation. The options will be numbered; #1, #2, and #3. You will have up until 10pm Eastern Standard Time of that day to post which option you have chosen by simply posting; option #1 or option #2 etc.. You also have the option of adding your own flavor text, however it MUST be under your option choice as follows: Option #3 >>>>>>"flavor text goes here" <<<<<< *If you choose the correct option, you stay in this thread and move on to the next stage. *If you choose the wrong option, you lose a life. If you have any lives left, you stay in this thread and move onto the next stage. Mission 2: Deep Cover Operative Final Stage It is 4am, you are at the edge of the Jungle near the village. You activate the Com unit you swiped. “This is Bradley to Satcom, authentication code Zulu, seven, three, Foxtrot.” “Roger that Agent, Hold for Command.” “Claymore here.” “This is Bradley, Mission is go.” You give Claymore your rough coordinates and Satcom does the rest. Claymore tells you that the assault team is on the way, ETA 2 hours. You are to keep Headman in you sights and do not allow him to leave the area. You head back to the Barracks, everyone is waking up. You can’t sleep anyway, you’re too pumped up. Within a half hour the village is buzzing with activity. Headman soon realizes that the nerve agent has been tampered with and he is pissed. So far, they do not suspect you. He has rounded up everyone in the village and has his headhunters and the Dreadnoks searching the huts. Headman is talking to the villagers, “One of you knows who did it! Until you give him up or step forward yourself with stolen goods, I will kill everyone here starting with this young girl!” You take stock of the situation. Your standing on the outer perimeter of the group. You have placed yourself within close distance of nearby cover. The Joe assault team is en route and should be here any moment, your mission is almost complete. All you have to do now is make sure that Headman stays in the village until they arrive. One of Headman’s goons grabs the girl and drags her by her hair out in front of the rest of the villagers. They have been through so much already. Brutalized, enslaved, and now after everything, forced to watch as their friends and family are killed. The goon puts her on her knees and draws his pistol, but that’s as far he will get. You shoulder your weapon and place one round right in his forehead. BLAM!! “Everyone get down!, Move, move, move!!” You fall back, panning left, providing cover fire for the villagers to get away. You take down two more goons before they can fully grasp the situation, but there are many more and now they are returning fire. A few of the tougher villagers attack some nearby thugs and take them down. The pain of their experience has given them new resolve and filled them with rage. “Run! Run away now!” Brrraaap! Brap brap brap!!! You fall back behind a Dreadnok jeep and do a tactical reload. “I can’t hold these guys off forever. If the Joes don’t get here soon I’m dead. What the hell was I thinking, I’m putting the whole mission in danger.” You lay down some fire to keep them back. If you stay behind this jeep too long they will surround you pin you down. The villagers have scattered now, and the Dreadnoks and Headhunters have joined the fray. It’s not looking good for you. Final Stage: Sword of Justice Headman realizes now that your not just a disgruntled employee, you are an undercover agent. And if you are breaking cover, that means you must have backup on the way. He yells out orders to get the Huey ready for take off. He has three men providing cover for him as he starts making his way to the chopper. You have to stop him. The helicopter is 50 yards away on the other side of the village. option #1 You see that the jeep that you’re using for cover has the keys in the ignition. You hop into the jeep, start it up and make a suicide run. You might get lucky and run over Headman, and if not, you’ll drive the jeep right into the helicopter and blow it up. option #2 You see the dead body of a thug about five yards away. There is a grenade on his belt. You make a run for the body and grab the grenade. Using the huts for cover, you will make your way to the Helicopter and blow it up using the grenade. option #3 You decide not to mess with the jeep or go for the body. You will make a run for the chopper using the Huts for cover, and cut him off at the pass. You will use your SMG to keep Headman and his group away from the chopper. Accumulate two of these and you earn an extra life (1up) Players: Shockval Uninvited Ghost Monkeywrench198 option #2 You see the dead body of a thug about five yards away. There is a grenade on his belt. You make a run for the body and grab the grenade. Using the huts for cover, you will make your way to the Helicopter and blow it up using the grenade. Result: From behind the Jeep, you quickly draw a bead on one of the exposed Thugs and it him square. As he drops, you lay down suppressing fire on two of their positions. “That should make them think twice” You make a dash for the nearby dead body, laying down fire as you move. Tracer rounds zip past you as you crouch low and grab the grenade. A round grazes your shoulder, but your still on your feet. “At least its not my throwing arm” You think, as you make a mad dash through the huts and make your way towards the Huey. The Copter is now within range and you have a clear shot. You glance around and see several hostiles moving in. You pull the pin from the grenade and go for the long bomb. As you release the grenade, a round hits you square in the shoulder and you fall to the ground. A moment goes by for what feels like an eternity, then you see the sweetest thing you’ve seen in a long time, BOOOOOM, the Huey rocks with the force of the explosion! Its still in one piece, but it won’t be going anywhere. As you begin to lose focus and get blurry, you hear a volley of gunfire all around you. You body jerks with the expectation of pain, but nothing hits you. You hear the footsteps of several men around you, then a gentle hand resting on your neck. “Squad Alpha on me, defensive perimeter! He’s alive, Mainframe call for a medivac!” You recognize his voice from the com, its Claymore. As the man yells, you hear another voice nearby, “Mainframe to Guardian, request immediate medivac, agent down. Repeat, agent down” You are now in the company of friends. Your mission is complete. ****************************** Repack option: Players who chose this option will lose 1 life. Stay in this thread and continue to the next stage. If you have run out of lives, you will be listed as Game over on the list of active players. Players: Huer-ta Solid Sho Nuff Barefoot Jedi A.V.A.C. option #1 You see that the jeep that you’re using for cover has the keys in the ignition. You hop into the jeep, start it up and make a suicide run. You might get lucky and run over Headman, and if not, you’ll drive the jeep right into the helicopter and blow it up. Result: You lay down a few short bursts of fire, and then hide behind the Jeep. The Noks and Headhunters think you’re reloading, so they begin to creep forward. You open the passenger side door and crawl in. Trying to stay low, you crawl into the driver seat, crank up the ignition, shift it into drive and put the pedal on the floor. As the Jeep roars to life and takes off, the tires kick up a storm of dust and rocks. The Thugs quickly recover from their surprise and draw a bead on the Jeep. You are hurtling towards Headman and his body guards. His guards displace to the left and right of the path and open fire on the oncoming jeep while Headman runs off toward the Huts. Your stolen ride is hit from all directions with a hail of gunfire, but they are also shooting at each other and a few of them fall to friendly fire. As you move forward you take hits to the chest, ribs, shoulders, and one round grazes your jugular, just enough to draw blood. Your body is screaming with pain, your lungs are on fire, your heart is pounding and you are beginning to experience a warped sense of reality. As your mind begins to swim through abstract thoughts, a single thought pierces through the fog, "Take out that copter" You have accepted the fact that you will not survive this, but you determined to complete your mission. With a firm grip on the wheel, you aim the Jeep at the Huey, put your head down and floor the accelerator. The Helicopter isn't ready for take off, the pilot scrambles to unlatch his harness, but he doesn’t have enough time. BOOOOOM!!!!!! The Huey, Your Jeep, and both you and the pilot, go up in a ball of flames. Mission Complete. You are dead. ****************************** Variant Option: Players who chose this option have taken an alternate path. You do not lose a life, you do not earn one $. You will continue to stage two, but you must go the alternate path thread and play out stage two there. Players: Darth Henning Acrizer option #3 You decide not to mess with the jeep or go for the body. You will make a run for the chopper using the Huts for cover, and cut him off at the pass. You will use your SMG to keep Headman and his group away from the chopper. Result: It is a moment of dire contemplation. You know that your life and your mission depend on your next move. You decide to keep moving, and think later. You run through the village, using the huts for cover as the thugs open fire on you. You run as fast as you can, firing when it’s needed. As you turn the corner of one of the huts, you run right into a hostile and quickly take him out with a short burst. “If I’m going to die, I’m taking as many of these guys with me as I can” Your mad dash has paid off, you have gained ground on Headman and have a clear line of fire on the Copter. Headman is still a few yards away. You fall back to the tree line and dig in. One of Headman’s guards comes into view and you take him down with a headshot. “Sniper! Headman stay down!” For the moment you are holding them off. The Helicopter crew begins to fire into the tree line and you return fire, winging the copilot. You see a large group of thugs begin to circle your position. Retreat is not an option. The thugs, now approaching your position, are suddenly torn to shreds by a solid stream of high velocity rounds. The high pitch scream of a Vulcan cannon fills the air as the Retaliator swings out over the tree line. VRRREEEEEEEEEEEEE The Retaliator cuts a path of destruction as you move forward and open fire on the Copter crew. You look up and through the cockpit you see the pilot give you the thumbs up. Moments later, a squad of soldiers pours out of the Jungle like ghosts, and moves into the village in a sweeping pattern. A soldier approaches the squad leader, “Claymore, Leatherneck says that the Snakes are making a run for the Amazon River.” “Have his squad pursue and engage, we’ll rendezvous with them at the river, YOOOOO JOE!” You don’t know it yet, but its going to be a long day. Mission Complete. ******************************
