I'm fairly new to the boards, but have been searching to see what is the scale of the 3.75" Joes. I have been looking at some Forces of Valor stuff and would like the Joes to fit in them properly. Any help here would be awesome.

Some of it fits the 25th/RoC Joes very well, and some it's a tight fit. All depends on the particular vehicle.

The current Joe figures are actually 4" not 3 3/4", so 1:18 is actually a tad small, but it's the closest there is. Some 1:16 stuff works, but it's actually a little big. You just have to pick and choose what works for you.
