That is complete and total BullShit! I have only once had a problem with a return at a Target with a receipt. I took down the girls name and called the corporate office and was called back the next day and mailed me a coupon for $10 off anything $10 or higher and had me go to the store, call him back and hand the phone to the person working customer service. (The same girl happened to be working
).
I don't know what he said to her but they kissed my ass after that.
My point is this is garbage and you should go over their heads. I went to corporate because I was in Minneapolis and it was 10 minutes away from me and if I had to I could have gone there and raised hell in person.
