i was just curious who will be buying the new joe and cobra rides and battle packs when they are released?
i will buy the rides for 1 reason only the drivers! i like the crankcase, the steeler, clutch and the televiper and if they release serpy in his ver 1 outfit i will get it too... but the AWE STRIKERS,ARMADILLOS AND VAMPS ect ect i will sell or trade off..i figure that if i do that then i will be paying what someone would pay for a single pack figure...and if i trade it even better cause i can get what i am needing at the time cause all these are are slightly modified/resculpted releases of what came before so its redundent to have them again in my collection.. now the battle packs...well i am getting those defently....the pack ins are great...i mean a DVD with cool artwork...a wether domanator...parts o make a in scale(or close to it) MASS device,,,,plus a hatless lady jaye and a cartoon verson of stalker with his jet pack.... now lets hope that the final products are just as good if not better then the prototypes shown at the 2008 toy fair |

I'm undecided on a lot of the new stuff. I will probably also buy some of the vehicles for the drivers, and some of the battle packs for the new figures, too (hatless Lady Jaye and SCUBA Baroness, for instance), but I have no room for vehicles, I already have the cartoons on DVD, and some of the repaints seem beyond excessive to me (another Destro? WHY!?). So, it will depend in large measure on cost and how much I can expect to get from reselling my unwanted stuff on eBay. . .

I'm mostly buying the vehicles for the vehicles. The Tele-Viper is cool and it works out perfectly for me (I want 4 Trubble Bubbles and there are 4 seats in the Terrordrome for Tele-Vipers The multiple Breakers will be custom fodder (Same with most of the figures)
However, as for the Target Exclusive vehicles, I may get a Hiss (But not for the figure) I'm getting the Sharc for Grand Slam and the Awe Striker for both figure and vehicle Battle packs, I'll be getting all of them even though I have most of the figures (I like the custom head I did for Lady Jaye better than Hasbro's) and all the DVD's (It's really the pack ins, if it wasn't for them I might be undecided) |

I'm all over those vehicles. They look great to me. I realize they are old molds, but the retooling (well the ones that have been) really makes them stand out. I'll make room for the vehicles. I'm looking to get multiples of each too. Not sure what number I'll cut myself off at though. As for the Battle Packs, I'll get one set for sure. I can't wait to get the MASS Device all built and set up. Mad props to Hasbro for that one. I'm pretty sure I'll be buying any vehicle they throw at me at this point. I'm totally enjoying this WHOLE line.

The 'MASS Device' and 'Revenge of COBRA' battle packs I'll be skipping but I won't make up my mind on the remaining three until I see pics. I'll say this, if the Serpentor one has a 25A Zandar I'll definitely be getting it.
The vehicles on the other hand I'll definitely be getting on account that I plan on army building the hell out of the COBRA Trouble Bubble and black H.I.S.S. tank. |

I'll definitely get them all. Any figures I don't want probably will be given to my kids. The only multiples I will buy most likely will be only the trouble bubble pack.
