Well, I was watching episodes on Youtube.com and I came across a non-white (No offense) Cobra trooper! Horay! Maybe Hasbro can create different ethnicitys for a new line?! I know that they have had some in the past but maybe it is time to release em' regularly!? (FACT: I am asian) Just what exactly are you saying "no offense" about? It isn't meant in any serious way, I am just laughing because it seems, to me, like one of the least offensive statements, yet you are qualifying that statement. Hilarious. |

Ah ha! (Back from Walmart.)
I snagged a Lady Jay and Snake-Eyes single carded. (Reading...Reading...)&(Answering in sections) Oh, no I just said "No offense" to protect myself in case there were people out there saying, "This guy is a white-hater." Do you really think Hasbro tries not doing "black" troopers for the fact of not looking racist? I would personally love to see action figures get more diverse. BUT as I have seen, when a company makes black and white figures they tend to sell more white than black. (Racist society/market?) Maybe I should start a poll...

As rediculous as this poll is I think it needs to be said. Just so it's out there, never know, maybe someone from Hasbro will read it and second guess themselves on releasing a black, middle eastern, or asian trooper.

Two of us need look no more (I really hope at least one person gets that reference...no, not the banjo) And I'm not sure how well different ethnicities would do, especially considering how strictly some collectors adhere to uniformity. It could expose them dangerous truths that we didn't want to know about ourselves when we see pegs full of a certain ethnicity.
