Now someone mention about Shipwreck, Delgado is a pretty common last name in the caribbean. I live all my life in Puerto Rico and I was born there and my last name is actually italian-french decendent from Corseca which is Emmanuelli. There was a huge european immigration to the caribbean in 1800's. This included lots of interracial unions between natives, African and European. You get to see a pretty diverse population in the Caribbean especially in PR and Cuba. I always thought Shipwreck was cuban. As for Zap goes he's newyorican no question about it. At least in me verse'. I'm actually glad collectors agree in diversity in the troops makes sense actually. That's why I loved the TRU Infantry pack and the Crimson Guard sabotage set. yeah Destro was voiced by the same guy that did Stalker. The guy did a really bad Scottish accent in the cartoon and it never seemed right. I think the voice changed to a different actor later on, though.

Possible... but this is what I was getting at. Destro as according to the Movie Credits, voiced by Arthur Burghardt. Who actually looks a little like Iceberg in his cheek bones. And a lot more like a black Brad Garrett.
