I ordered 2 cameras and 2 machine guns for my Joe HQ (That I'm still waiting for, stupid parcel post) on the 14th, about 7 days now. I paid Paypal, and it was an instant payment. My order status has said "02/14/2008 Processing 02/14/2008 Processing PayPal status: Completed @ 17:14:28 Feb 14, 2008 PST Trans ID:*******" the entire time and has not progressed past that stage.
I have sent two emails now and have had no replies. Any ideas?

I'll give it one more day and then file with Paypal.

And don't ever include Saturdays or Sundays as a transit day. Even if it was completed on the 14th at 5PM, it probably didn't ship until Tuesday the 19th. If it's regular mail it should get there by next Wednesday or Thursday. Though the fact that you haven't received a reply isn't very good. Still, I'd wait it out another week and try econtacting them at least 1 or 2 more times.

| Better be careful with that. If your paypal transaction is for a sale outside ebay, you only have 15 days to file a claim. After that, you're s.o.l. (Learned that one the hard way on a foreign order where the seller usually took 2 weeks to ship.) | |

He did leave out an item and it did take 2 emails before he responded and it did take one more email to get the partial refund. but I did get my items and money in the long run. | |
