Just wondering, obviously there probably aren't too many kids on this board and its all collectors but you guys must know? I know as a kid I bought this figures on the basis that they looked cool, is it the same with this generation? I mean there is no cartoon to make kids run out and buy the toys, no adverts either....but GI Joe does have, easily the best looking figure packaging ever...
so just wondering if there are kids out there who buy these figs or is it mainly the collectors and big kids |

No cartoon, no TV commercials, a comic book that is primarily aimed at adults and not tied directly to this line, anyway...these things add up to suggest that Hasbro isn't targeting this at kids. I'm sure some kids are buying 'em...but I know if I was 7 and going into toystores now, I wouldn't be buying toys that I didn't know anything about. |

However I suspect it's mostly adults.

I have a lot of kids buying from me and iit makes me glad. G.I.Joe was a big part of my happy childhhood (and adulthood) and I'm glad to see the youths of today are enjoying it too. |
