Erect Defensive Perimeter Defensive perimeter: This Action command has a time duration. It will last for exactly 1 hour from the time it is activated. Example: 4:02pm to 5:02pm. The effect does not cross over to the next turn. This Action Command gives a boost to your defense. All enemy attacks will be at -1. So a Hurt -4 becomes -3 etc.. (Strike team and Special Ops team both get bonus) |
