Actually, there is......in the sunbow cartoon episode where Shipwreck tells a bunch of orphans bedtime stories about the big bad cobra while the rest of the Joes rebuild an orphanage that Shipwreck accidently burned down. There were 2 cobra Strato-Vipers in it. One was skinny and the other was fat. The fat Strato-viper's belly was poking through his uniform. Together they formed the number 1O.
As for the CC costume....that's cool. I would buy it. Instead I shelled out $400 bucks last year for Halloween. I bought the E-bay CC costume and Pit viper made CC helmet and cobra insignias. DV gloves, black military dress shoes. I had a great time. I drove around town for awhile in it in my Cadillac Lowrider. You guys should of seen the looks and stares I got when I was stopped at the light. At the bar the bartender put a long straw in beer and told me with a smile...."I thought you might need this my dear Commander". My E-bay CC costume came with a hood. I wore it whenever the helmet got to hot indoors. I know one thing that's for sure. I'm buying that leg holster for $12.99 to complete my Ebay CC costume.

At the rate Joe is going with the public, we'll be lucky if we see 100 Cobra Commanders running around.

I opted for the hooded version from 80's Tees ( http://www.80stees.com/products/Cobr...er-Costume.asp) :
I went with an XXL...as it is cold here in PA for Halloween...so I need to wear clothes under it. lol I am far from an XXL...ordered the L/XL at first...had to send it back...way too hard to get your arms in it.
The quality is great...just wish the shirt part wasn't sewn up so far...you need a second person to get your arms in it...but when it is on...it does fit nicely. Only other problem...which is along the same lines...is the belt loops are up high (they land where the shirt opening is sewn shut)...the black belt in the pics is up above my waist.
Other than that...the material isn't thin...yet it is breathable.
And my son wanted me to post this pic of him, lol :

What Joe or Cobra would you or have you dressed up as for Halloween? Would you buy one from the Mart's or make it yourself. If you have a photo, lets see how good your costume is.
