I ordered my Invaders set and Destro set from SDCC.
I got my Invaders set yesterday from fedex no problem. Dropped it off, rang the doorbell. Good to go. I checked my order status for the Destro set and to my dismay, it says it was delivered at noonish. It was 1 and I'd been awake and home since 9 this morning. I called fedex and they told me they'd have someone look into it and send a "follow up" or whatever the hell that is. So, what I'm wondering, is, did I get screwed out of my toys because some idiot probably didnt deliver it or drop it off at the wrong house?

They usually can track down which house it ended up at and get it back to you.

That's why I prefer not to have things delivered to my house. I try to get it sent to work. That way I know someone will receive it.
You didn't get screwed. Just stay on them to make sure they find out what happened. They have to resolve it one way or another. Either it's lost and the online store needs to send you a new one, or they will find it and deliver it to you. |

Sounds like Hasbro didn't get it in the box - unless you are sure they were shipped separately. Mine came all in one big box yesterday....

UPS is very good for this. They just say yeah its delivered but I have watched a UPS driver look at an address on a box and then look at the surrounding houses like he just drove in through a wormhole and has no clue what planet he's on and how the matching up of numbers on box to house addresses is supposed plays out. Stay on them though and get names and times, thats been key with my delivery mishaps. Not sure on Fed Ex but I would imaging its the same.
