Oh yeah those are awesome, I like to throw some sweet peppers on mine, but if I'm alone in room with no intention of interacting with other humans for the rest of the day, I'll add a ton of hot peppers too. Most of my friends get it with mozzarella melted on, but that seems like enough to kill someone. I've wanted to try that Cincinnati 3 or 4 way style Chili I think it's called, when it is layered on top of Spaghetti. I shouldn't keep talking like this, because the more I do, the more likely that Corned beef sammich I brought for lunch today is staying in the fridge!

Perhaps you love beer, and because you are a ninja, no one ever sees you drink it...aha!

Thanks guys. Pay day is tomorrow and one box of mac and cheese left in the cupboard, and you start a thread about food. Really good food too.
Nothing too exciting that I can think of off the top of my head for German or Scandinavian dishes here in Minnesota, but I do miss the little mom and pop tex mex shops when I was stationed in Texas (Republic of). |

Well, lesse.
Here in Delaware there is a microbrewery (well, there are several) but in particular there is Dogfish Head, which gets lots of national attention. Well deserved. Their IPA is a must for beer lovers, and definitely counts as a delicacy. In terms of food, meh? But I am Baltimore born-and-bred, and will always consider it my real home. So steamed Chesapeake Bay blue crabs, with Old Bay and Natty Boh, THAT is my "local delicacy." Of course, there's also crabcakes. I scoff at the "Maryland-style" crabcakes most restaurants offer. If you want seriously good crabcakes and you can afford the hefty (and I do mean HEFTY) shipping prices, try the Box Hill Pizzeria. Box Hill Crab Cakes, Inc.

Ummm...we're known for a bunch of things here in Montreal:
Smoked meat: Bagels: Poutine (fries, cheese curd, and a unique thick spicy gravy):
