Firefly, hands down.

Boba Fett's a chump. If you really watch his parts in Return of the Jedi, he has no clue what he's even doing in the barge fight.

How is Boba Fett's technology adjusted to put him on equal footing with Firefly? If it's not, then there is no contest at all.

With the technology at Fett's disposal, there's no way Firefly would be close to being a match for him.

Straight up mano a mano fight? Both going after same target?

How are we comparing 'em?

Yes, Boba is a partially-trained clone of Jango, and Lucus treated both Fetts like bi+ches in the movies. In the comics, Boba kicked lots of @$$ across the galaxy. Firefly is a bad mother on Earth, but has he ever survived a Sarlacc (or being used by his creator for a burp joke)?

Technology beats Firefly hands down. Strip Fett of the helmet (with the fancy HUD, listening devices, etc) and jetpack and it might be a little closer. Fett on the ground, without knowing that Firefly is coming, would probably get splattered from a single grenade.
