I'd like to introduce a bunch of characters, not necessarily self-insert ones, like some Marine or Naval aviators, a Pararescueman, a Naval Corpsman, a JTAC and a coupla Coastie rescue swimmers.

Ever since the original Steel Brigade mail-away figure, I have created some of my own G.I. Joe characters.
Back when I was a kid my Steel Brigade figure (not really because I never mailed away for one - hated the design, but loved the concept) was Swamp Fox. I think my cousin came up with the name, and I thought it was pretty cool. He was kind of a Gung-Ho/Recondo (pre-Muskrat) character. I have a custom figure from a 25th Steel Brigade figure and 50th Lady Jaye legs called Deacon. In my Joeverse, Doc is an actual chaplain, which makes more sense. So, whenever Doc goes into battle, he needs an actual Chaplain's Assistant. Deacon is Ranger-qualified, but only made it onto the Joe Team by default of them needing a Chaplain's Assistant. I also have a custom MTF figure (Recon-OPs) using a BFS head (African-American, bald head w/ beard) I call "Dozer." His secondary specialty is Accounting. So, he's the Joe you want to know if you want those tax breaks! LOL! Jason |

In my Expanded universe, Calvin McCracken, codename “Sideways”, was a green beret with Falcon, and they now run non sanctioned operations for Hawk and Duke. Officially, he isn’t part of Joe team.
