Depends what you're looking for. I've ordered from AVACs Lab most. He's fantastic. I've also ordered from Raginspoon and Spartan 118 Industries. Both of them are good. Spartan has been hammering away at shrinking down 1/6 heads and has a whole slew of characters. He also paints them and his painting is great. Vortious Customs are also great.

AVACS and Ragin Spoon are both top notch. Angry Nomad has good stuff, as does Giga Bread. Vortious stuff is great and nobody beats the selection.... but the wait times are ridiculous.

I'll 2nd AVACs Lab, they're definitely my favorite. I've had good luck with raginspoon as well.
Then there's Vortious Customs... So the guy gets a ton of flak because orders frequently can take a VERY long time to get to you from what I've seen. I personally haven't had to wait too long, but I've only placed small orders with him. That being said, Vortious Customs offers a TON of castings for more things than you could probably even think of wanting. The amount of things he has available is amazing. That being said, again, I've heard of people waiting a VERY long time to get their orders. I really want to pull the trigger on some of his full figure kits, because they look AMAZING, but the bad press still has me a little scared to do it. |

I love Vortious work...but his site stated 8-10 weeks is a KIND estimate. You really need to think more like 3 months...AND send him reminders. And mind you he's not being a jerk about it, I think he's just always inundated with orders and of course it's not like this is his living...dude's got a life and regular job on top of this. But for my first stop is always Ragin Spoon, followed by AVAC and Angel Forge. |
