This is a really cool idea for a game. I like how you did movement via inches. Does a d20 feel like its too big of a spread(aka all the movement at 12+, or geez I am going to die if you keep rolling 1s and 4's) Reason I ask is I have gamed with folks who can't roll dice. Its better when they roll several dice(i.e 3 d6's instead of one d20)
I love the diorama pieces, the motel one in particular is really sharp. How long does it usually take the zombies to breech the perimeter? Are the Joes just moving around getting ready during that time? Any thoughts on a sniper character being able to shoot outside of the perimeter if he is high enough?

How did you do the buildings? Looks like some are handmade and some are built. cool idea.

These kinds of structures are dead easy with blue/pink construction foam. You just need to think, cut, assemble and then go crazy painting and decorating them.
