Some of the 1980s stuff (particularly late 80s) looked pretty silly, but Footloose, Repeater, and even Law look normal enough in their v1 incarnations. Repeater was one of the last Joes I bought (along with Hit & Run) precisely because he wore normal military garb.

I figure most people would like the original representation, and then after that, new uniforms. I would personally love Arctic Stalker, Rock n' Roll 2, tan Clutch, and a new Spirit that looks all bad-assed spec ops, like in Devil's Due.

I truly think kids will not be buying those desert 5 packs and had they been ARAH updates they probably would have sold more like the Cobra Island 7-packs are doing. |
