I’m not very familiar with Xpanders, but this product by Galoob looks nothing like G.I. Joe, and probably easily defeated by COBRA. It's doubtful that Xpanders could hack it as a youth organization, such as the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps, and in my opinion has no place as a subgroup of Special Counter-terrorist Group Delta (G.I. Joe).
