Rise Of Cobra premiered Aug 7th, 2009. TEN YEARS ago. Just think about that. It has already been a decade since the peak of our modern era of collecting. Lets hope we get another era...

Ahh, I remember this! This is when most of the kids in my neighborhood got into GI Joe (besides the 12 inch ones and sigma six that we knew about.) After collecting ROC our local TJ Max had a bunch of 25th stuff cheap, like at $3 a Joe! Found the movie packs and comic packs there that lead me to the world of the 80’s Joe and the rest is history!
Still never got the ROC PIT tho, that’s what all the kids wanted :-)
