I know alot of people hate NF..this thread isnt for you, but rather for Joe fans who LOVE Ninja Force and embrace all the Ninja lore in the Joe-Verse.
When Ninja Force 1st came out, I was pretty much at the end of my Joe collecting days..I was early on in high school and more into my car and things like that. I do remember snagging a Snake Eyes and a few others though. Sadly they didnt survive and are nowhere to be found. I dont understand why so many people hate on NF..we had Ninjas and silent weapons in the comic book since day one!!! Storm Shadow was a STAPLE in the cartoon and so much of Hama's writing went in and out of all things Ninja. When I think back as a kid, Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow were always the hardest damn figures to find! When I was a kid if you had a Storm Shadow, basically you were the man. When you mention Ninja Force, its always looked at as not as important...does anyone remember the latter of the Marvel run?? NF was very promienent in those issues...and we have always had Ninjas on both Joe and Cobra forces! Maybe its because when Ninja Force figures actually made it to the pegs alot of us were at an age where it was becoming "too cool" to collect and play with G.I. Joe figures anymore so guys like Dojo and Bushido arent looked at like Roadblock and Spirit....whatever. I LOVE Ninja Force, one of the biggest things that kept my attention with G.I. Joe were the Ninjas and martial arts...and if I had my way, the next 7 packs we got would HEAVILY cater to NF fans! |

I loved how Ninja Force looked. I just hated the spring action. The first Ninja Force Storm Shadow was my favourite one and I really wished he didn't have the spring action. I'd be so happy if they took the single pack Storm Shadow and painted him to resemble the colors from the NF one and I'd be so happy.

I like Ninja Force. I love the Marvel comics that they were in. It would be cool if Hasbro released a set with all the Ninja Force figures.

I remember when my Mom got me the NF Storm Shadow figure, it was the best, made him my second-in-command after Duke.

They had some cool designs for sure. It was too bad it came at a time when Joes were going out of style. Ninja Force and the Street Fighter and a Mortal Kombat line all came out around the same time and by then it was overkill. I would like to see more updated on certain chraracters from that line with less neon.

The spring action wasnt my fave either, but I think the charecters kicked ass and I loved both takes on Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow's outfit was off the hook!
NF figures with 25th style would be fantastic! |

Like others...I HATED THE SPRING ACTION!!!!! These guys were ninjas but had less articulation then regular Joes.....you could do more martial art moves with regular Joes then the spring action crap of NF.......it killed the playability and posability. Love the concept and characters but not the figs even though I have them all.
I love martial arts (and ninjas) and I would have totally loved to see a 25th style of the NF figures without spring action. |

I loved Ninja Force as a kid. I distinctly remember throwing a fit in the middle of Ames so my Mom would get me Dojo. Totally worked. Actually just got a NF Zartan in the mail today!
