Is anybody in contact with Raginspoon?

I've tried contacting him via his shop, by mail and on Messenger, but have heard nothing back. I was curious if he was going to restock certain items at some point, as they've been sold out for a long time. Does anyone have any insight?

I ordered some things from them 3 weeks ago and haven't received my kits yet. They have always sent what I ordered and the some. It has been hit or miss with them as far as responding to questions though

This. I ordered something too, but I'm still waiting. Haven't received any notice other than acknowledgement that my order was placed. I know he had a deal with SmallJoes.com for the base building system. Maybe get in touch with them to see if he can respond to his messages.

Honestly, he's hit and miss for communications. I emailed him several times asking about something and never got a response. The moment I placed an order though, I got all the answers I needed and he was really great too as he threw in a lot of stuff I needed for free.

Him and AVACsLab are the two custom casters I have had the most positive experiences though.

I didn't have luck trying to email him either...I was also curious about an item restock. That said, I finally placed an order about a month ago, and received it probably around 3 weeks later. Everything was good, and there were a couple freebies.

I have never got a response from a message from him regarding a re stocking of an item.

But I always have gotten my order within 3-4 weeks.

Great stuff. I recommend you just keep checking the website everyday untill the stuff you want is stocked and then order as fast as you can.

I aldo submitted an order for the items i wanted, that were actually in stock. Also got the order confirmation, but i'm sure it'll show up once it's done.

I've ordered from both avac and vortious, and they've both been very helpful with good communication.

Yeah, that's probably the way to go. It's just been sold out for so long, that i was wondering, if it'll ever be restocked.
