I got the storm shadow as a gift for a friend a few years ago. It looked good. I wish I had got that one, the flint and the scarlett for myself.

The Toy Fair chrome destro is awsome, in fact all of the cobra mini busts look great I wish they did not stop making them. I have the new Snake-eyes mini bust and it does not compair with the Palisades one. The base looks like a chess pice.

I've got CC and Zartan, I'd like to eventually get them all. There was a time when I was going to stick with statues and stay away from the toys, that didn't work out very well.

I recently picked up the General Hawk statue for $15 on Amazon from Brianstoys. It is fantastic! He's the center piece of my collection right now. I wish I could get a hold of a CC as well, but he's pretty rare by this time, and expensive. And I'm not really a fan of the busts. I got to have the whole figure, thank you...

This is the first time I'm seeing the IG Destro. He looks great too!

i had every Palisades regularly released GI Joe bust...until hurricane katrina destroyed them. i didnt collect the statues. have only replaced one bust...firefly.

heres a few facts though about these collectibles...

palisades cut the line then went out of business...announced but never produced...bludd & shipwreck--maybe zartan. that was a while back.

diamond select tried their hand years later...stautes and busts (even a snowjob snowglobe)...line met with cancellation (due to lack of orders) after only two busts...hooded cobra commander and snake eyes. not as nice as the palisades, but i got them.
announced but never released...duke, shipwreck, zartan, gung ho, lady jaye. the only statue that was announced that i considered getting was destro. he was sitting on crates of guns with weapons and ammo strewn on the base/floor around his feet...never made it to retail.

then there was a company called first 4 figures aka
F4F...they had a bunch of joe/transformers statues lined up......including the baroness with ravage on a leash, and stormshadow atop a fallen optimus prime head.............as the story goes, when F4F got their license to produce these statues, they unknowingly failed to get US distribution rights...they could only sell these in the UK. i do remember a few of these solicited thru diamond comics distribution, but i dont know if they were ever delivered.

i guess new joe stuff only sells well at $5 a pop, rather than $50 - $150.

I've got the Flint, Roadblock, and Cobra Commander Busts, and I like them a lot. All but Roadblock (won it in a lot with Flint. . .) are displayed on my shelf with my 25th figures. I would really like to get the Firefly, Storm Shadow, Snake Eyes, Destro, and Scarlett busts in the future. I haven't seen any of the full body statues in person, so I can't speak about them.
