SDCC Sgt Slaughter. I ended up getting both versions on eBay fairly shortly after Slaughtergate. Once I got them, they we OK, but years later when you could kitbash one using the Rockblock body, ROC heavy duty legs and the Sarge head from ebay, I found myself liking the cartoon accurate figure, more than the real life looking figure. I was able to to sell both of my SDCC Sarges off to people that will enjoy them more.

Also SDCC Jinx. I think those feet are what kills it. She is eternally pigeon toed. I think the rest of the figure is great, but I hate those feet!

Quite a few. Some early ones were 85 lady Jaye. She was awesome in the Sunbow series but her figure just didn't do it for me. Others like both Ninja Force Snake Eyes and Scarlett were also giant let downs because of the lack of articulation. In ME form SDCC Slaughter comes to mind. As he just looked so puny. 25th Alley viper was also kind of a let down as I hate his legs. The original was one of my favorite cobra figures from the late 80s and 90s and he just didn't live up to what I was expecting. Looking back at alot of the 25th figures I get those same feelings. I still wonder why we have yet to get characters like Duke Roadblock redone.

The ME Ninja Force Scarlett. The legs bother me. Yes, the strato-Viper legs look feminine, but they are too long on that torso. She is taller than POC/50th SE. I think I might try a leg swap with stelleto.

SDCC Zarana. What was that color scheme on the hair, and why did she look like Ursula
The Sea Witch? Zarana is one of my favorite characters, and this long awaited figure was... just bad. |

I thought I would love the 50th ss with the hood and camo. The figure turned out pretty bad. The neck was to long and his web gear was to loose. I never liked him once I popped him out of the package.

The 50th Storm Shadow and Spirit two pack. Spirit can't hold anything and Storm Shadow is just horrible in general. Can't move well and has a giraffe neck.

Recent ones are the 50th Storm Shadow based on his first Joe figure. I was so excited for him but he was a dud out of package. His rope was too big, neck too long as others have mentioned.
Another that I was really disappointed with was the original Ninja Force Storm Shadow. I thought he was the best looking Storm Shadow ever and got him once I saw him as a kid. Got home, opened him and found out he couldn't turn at the waist cause of the spring action and had no backpack hole as I wanted to give him the v1 backpack.

25th Anniversary Hit and Run. It looks close to the RAH figure and is way less expensive than the FSS version but the lack of arm articulation sucks. I need to customize my own version as a result.

25th Deep Six was disappointing as well. Could have done more.
