When Hasbro Released the Dollar General Figures, I bought As many as I could at the time. However, when Toys R Us was selling the 50th 2 and 3 packs I did not buy as many, because I was not as interested in what They were offering for the price that was asked. So I would Gladly buy as many figs In my local DG as they had.

Concept Vault figures on single blister packs (file cards incorporated on front and plain on the back) - no spring loaded missile launchers to keep the price down. This way buyers can get exactly what they want.
Concept Vault vehicles individually boxed so buyers can buy exactly what they want. |

Haven't we been in "Holdover" mode since the start of the 50th? The "3rd" movie just keeps getting pushed back and back. If I remember correctly, when they started the 50th line, it was with the understanding that another movie would be out by 2016.
With that said, I like all of these ideas!!! - a 3 pack with unreleased CV troop builders, (I would buy the hell out of a Tele-Viper/Cobra Stinger/ Cobra officer 3 pack) - a 3 pack with a 50th flint styled Duke, SDCC Grunt and Steeler, both of the latter figures with either POC CT legs, POC shock Trooper legs, or POC Viper legs. - a DG wave of with Shipwreck having blue legs and a white or grey shirt, Duke being in black colors, CT being in crimson colors, and SS being in powder blue to look like a Ninja Viper or all yellow. They could change CC to the Ultimate version have his main color be white with black or blue accents. They could change SE to his temple guardian version, and color it green or grey. - Hasbro could release a 10-15 figure Hascon set called forgotten favorites, that featured ME updated figures that we don't have in ME form yet - Haslab could release a 7 foot long FLAGG, this time made of 8-10 modular pieces where each piece has a portion of the deck, hull, and an open under deck area designated for different functions (skystriker storage, barracks, weapons room, etc.)

I like that idea for the 10-15 figure hascon set. With the club on its way out that will be the only way we see any figures until 2020 if the movie is actually released then. Actually, we would see toys earlier than the movie release so it might not be that long till we see new figures that aren't uber expensive club Frankenstein kitbash joes.
Is the movie slated for 2020 part 3 or is it a reboot? God I would love a reboot with 80s nostalgia. That's actually in right now with stuff like Stranger Things. |

They said it will be a reboot. They initially we're going to sprinkle in content to establish a cinematic universe to include MASK, ROM, Action Man, Visionaries, Micronauts, And Transformers. Doing this would then spark movies of all these franchises. They may not be doing this expanded universe now as it was stated that they will not be doing a MASK or a ROM movie. I guess the crappiness of the last TF movie spooked them into pulling back a large cinematic universe.

Well I hope they can the expanded universe and go with an 80s vogue reboot. Not likely, but hey, I can dream.

I agree with a Dollar General line. Especially if it was mostly comprised of Cobra troop builders with a few Joes mixed in.
