Quick...as ya'll are planning, you need to sit down as a group and watch the 87 animated movie...then avoid doing that. Cobra lalalalaaaa can never be reproduced!

It's good to see some fan film out there. Seriously. I think this is one area where Joe fandom seriously lacks (aside from Fan Fiction). I can't wait to see the end results.
I've only worked on the crew side of such endeavors but all I can advise is that you take your time and produce something decent and worthwhile. Luckily, you won't have the pressure of studio deadlines *cough, RoC, cough* so do your best, have fun, and get as much quality from the production as your resources allow.

I want to do a GI JOE adult film..
I am auditioning for Baroness, Cover Girl, and Scarlet. For the right actress, I would even consider Bombshell.

I have to admit the '87 intro was pretty awesome.....but there will be no Cobra LALALALALALA! in this fan film. The Commander is a tyranical maniac with illusions of granduer. So he is true to character. The joes, however, have a bit of liberaty taken for the sake of the fan film, however overall you still get the fill for the characters I think.

Also, noticed someone else is making a joe fan film on this site and while I'm not sure who it was, just wanted to add that the stills they had looked awesome. We are scouting some locations tomorrow and working on costume design. Just a heads up, the cobra soldiers will not be in blue, but will be in black and grey. Yes, I know blue is the tradition but the black should translate better onto film.

Here's a pic of the actor playing Beach Head in the film.

Also, we had our first meeting and a read through of the script. It went well.
