GI JOE means allot of things to different people. Some like 12" some like Sigma 6, allot of us are interested in the 3.75 and furthermore the modern era representation of them.
That being said who is actually interested in GI JOE Battle Force 2000? Just curious, I alway had the notion that BF 2000 was the most detested sub group next to all the detested subgroups of the early 90s.

Your Poll is flawed. Where is the You Like That choice? Is that cried with Happiness or "ruined my Childhood" kind of crying?
I liked Battle Force 2000 for the most part and how they were portrayed in the comics, and their sacrifice was appropriately done During the Battle of Bezheen. They are a little goofy looking, but Many Joe figures were somewhat questionable. I don't think GIJoe really jumped the Shark until 91 really, and then it was all downhill. 1987 was a huge year. TOns of new stuff and so many things to try. If anything Cobra-La was a bigger Jump the Shark moment, but was so well executed most fans are pretty accepting of Golobulus.

I hated BF2000 the only one I liked was dodger cause he reminded me of Col Hicks in Aliens. But still better than Ninja Bright Color Force.
That all being said. If anyone gets these guys I would love to borrow them for two weeks so I can KILL THEM in my Dio-Story lol

The funny thing for me is BF 2000 was literally right at the end for me as a kid.
I remember getting one vehicle as a gift and that was the only one I had. So it held little interest for me. Years later when I started to get my son into Joes for some reason that team clicked with him and he wanted them all. Over the years we gathered the whole team at various Cons & Shows. For that sole purpose I have marginal interest in picking up the 6 Joes from this year's set. But so far at $40 a pop I have not struck a deal with anyone. I plan to check eBay after Con or of course the B/S/T threads. If I can piece them together at $25-$30 each I will do so.

Hate is a strong word. They didn't do anything for me, back in the day, & I'm not that enthused about them now. However, I'm happy for those who were fans. Still, I was hoping that the Cobra side of the con set was going to persuade me to pick this set up. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Now, I'll wait for eBay & see if it'll be cheaper to pickup them up individually, or buy a bagged set off of someone.

Loved them, mostly because of their comic book appearances. But it was nice to be able to use my allowance to get a team of Joes that wasn't an exclusive or mail away.

A fair question, as the amount of negativity from people about the Con Set who supposedly like BF2000 was surprising. Even thought the figures look pretty awful, they're still fair representations of the vintage ones. I asked similarly at the time- Is it possible you guys don't like BF2000 as much as you thought you did?
