Hey everyone,
So I have a G Scale train set I put under the tree. It brought back memories of being a kid back in the 90s and playing with my Joes on the trainset we set up back than. Just wondering if anyone else did the same thing or still does? I have some of the O-Ring joes as well as new sculpt. Just trying to figure out which would fit my train better. |

Which train scale is closest to Joe Scale? I would like to have one around my toy room one day if I can find a good one in scale.

Someone used a Playmobile train to make a Joe sized replica of the TYCO train.

That tyco train could have been Joe scale, Joe had the market support in the day to pull something like that.

That custom Train is so cool. Growing up I used to put my joes on are train around the tree. Two years ago went to my parents house for Christmas. They still have the same set. I received some Joes that year and immediately opened them and put them on that train. Good times.

I think G Scale is the scale train I have and had growing up. It was a pretty good scale for the o-ring joes. My family had a bachmann train set with a locomotive, coal car, Flatbed with logs, boxcar and passenger car and it was very playable with the o-ring joes. The train I have now is an LGB G Scale, it's slighlty smaller than the Bachmann train. I know if I buy a bachmann set my wife will kill me though lol. Anyways it is fun to reminisce about being a kid around Christmas playing joes under the tree. I am glad I am not the only one!!
