How do you display your G.I. Joes?
I used slat walls (Proslat models) that I purchased from ATGStore.com (Lowes is its parent company). They were easy to mount and I purchased a lot of very cheap "tab" and 1" slat wall hooks to mount the Joes. All of my Joes are in a Star Case for mounting to prevent damage to the packaging. It was the best way for me to display my entire 25th Anniversary collection. The 8' x 4' was big enough for me to fit all 75 single card figures and the 4' x 6' was plenty big to display all 24 of the 2 pack figures with room enough on both to display boxed sets. A 4' x 4' was large enough to display all of the vehicles using individual, acrylic "shoe display" shelves. I know that there are empty spots...but the rest are in the mail and I can't wait to add them to the wall. Take a look at the pics and tell me what you think. I also wall mounted a few of my "aerial" vehicles using simple hanging wire and a nail. I am in the process of collecting all of the official and recent Sky Striker variants (Night boomer, Skyscream, Jet Fire, Sky Patrol Chrome, Silent Strike, etc...) and will mount them the same way...if I can figure out how to make more room on the walls. I would like to thank my beautiful wife for "letting" me "decorate" my man-cave the way I wanted. |

I wish I had the room to display my carded Joe's like yours, but I'm happy with the display cases I have.

Bertoruiz,
For some reason I want to go to your house and crazily open everything on your wall. Mr Hebime, You have won the one upper of the year award! You both disgust me... Out of pure jealousy! LOL! |
