Stallone would be insanely expensive- he hasn't even signed at conventions like San Diego Comic Con. The price of getting him there might be more than all of the other costs of putting the convention on put together. I definitely think they should book The Fridge- if they're smart, they'll have the convention in Chicago- The Fridge would get a huge turnout, including a lot of people who aren't Joe collectors, so the club would make serious bank. He needs an updated figure, too, and this is about the only way we'll get one.
I also would like Sarge to make another appearance, along with another exclusive figure or two of him, but I'm not sure if that's doable right now- Mattel just made a WWE figure of him, so they might have exclusivity to his likeness rights right now. I'd be very curious to know where that stands. A Marauders version, and a Warthog driver version would bothbe awesome in the ME style.

How about Rowdy Roddy Piper? He makes a great Iron Grenadier... Wait. Did I just say that out loud?

Ugh, I still don't understand that one as a guest... and why his figure was so damn popular. So random.

It was one of the most unique (and best) ideas for a con exclusive figure- a new, unique character, that made a great foe for Sgt. Slaughter. Piper is one of the more legendary 'Heels' (bad guys) in wrestling history, so he was a great choice for a real-world bad-guy wrestler to face off against real-world wrestler Sgt. Slaughter.
