Has there been any word on how much the TRU 50th Anniversary line will cost?

No, no word on that at toyfair, but they'll be expensive.

Well the movie 3 packs were 25 from TRU if I remember right. So I would say 17.99 for 2, 24.99 for 3 and 34.99 for the vehicle sets since 2 vehicles w 2 figures.

These are just guesses but based on my years as a TRU shopper and their trend of upping things by weird 2 and 3 dollar amounts the last few years.
I would guess 2 pack to be $21.99 3 packs at $29.99 and the vehicle packs to be at least 49.99. Kre-O sets are easier to figure out. If you divide the price by the piece count they all average around $0.12/piece.

Two packs will be 24.99
Three Packs 34.99 Vehicles 49.99 based on it being TRU stuff. This is what I am budgeting for I hope it is cheaper but I am truley doubting based on all of their Hasbro exclusives the past year or so. |

This is where I hope they are. Of course I'd like them to be cheaper, but in also trying to be realistic.

If the two packs are under $20 I'll be shocked. I'm guessing 25 as well, which means I'll be selective about what I buy.Maybe just the heat viper pack. At $20 a set I'll also maybe add the Lady Jaye. If they do manage to go for $17 I may just pick them all up to support them at that price, and maybe two of the heat vipers.
$35 for the 3 packs sound right too I'll get the one with Desto and Leatherneck for that price and that's it. If they are $25 I'll get both. I'm unsure about the price of the vehicles, I could see $50, but also could see them going for $40. Either way I'm grabbing a Wolf only.

But I REALLY don't see the line being terribly more expensive than that. The entire reason we're likely getting multipacks (as we did back in the early 2000s) is to reduce the "per figure cost". I would be utterly SHOCKED to see 2 packs at $20 a piece (much less $50 for the vehicle packs). And if that kind of price comes to past? Might as well not even bother with retail for GI Joe because nobody is going to buy them at that price.
