Also, limit Carbs as much as possible, but don't throw them completely away. Avoid Fried foods, fast foods, eating out in general, (especially if you have clear your plate syndrome, I always eat at restaurants.) I try to limit myself to one treat a day if I'm not under the gun to lose weight, once every four days if I am. And most importantly, and sometimes the most difficult, eat dinner before 6pm and not a minute later. Give that body time to do what its supposed too. That alone helps me shed pounds like water initially. |

Example: Chicken wings, prob my 2nd fav food, are 6 points a piece. If I want to have 10 I can, I just can't eat anything else for the rest of the day lol

Not that I do that lol. Caeser salad is good to a point. Once you add cheese and the dressing you might has well have eaten the chicken wings lol

I cannot eat salad for the life of me. Those things are just gross.. so I eat other things that have protein and I do not think I am even consuming 2000 calories a day.

I also need to lose weight... but I'm too busy so I eat crap so it makes the problem bigger...
