well the first couple weeks are the worst....A few years ago I lost 50lbs, it sucked for the first month....but after that its routine.....and the lbs just float away!

I think that that was my biggest problem. On weight watchers I can eat whatever I want, as long as I don't go over my points. I started out with 60 points per day. Example: Chicken wings, prob my 2nd fav food, are 6 points a piece. If I want to have 10 I can, I just can't eat anything else for the rest of the day lol
