Thanks. I have to work on it alittle more. The last couple of casts I have had trouble with the bill of the hat. Also trying to figure out how to get rid of most of the bubbles left. Here the Joe trooper. Has bubbles but not to bad for the first couple I think.

Put one of those small vibrating back massagers on the table after you pour the plastic. This will usually work the bubbles out.

Ill give that a try. What do you think about this. Pour half the mold and let that settle with the massager to let those bubble come up and then pour the other half. Resin will stick to resin so it should not have any seems. Have you done that before by any chance?

The vibrating table took care of my bubble issues, so I stopped doing half pours. You can also glue a small sprue piece on areas that you think will have bubbles. This gives the air some place else to be. Then you just trim of the sprue when the cast is set. |

Hahaha, no disrespect to rednecks intended! Maine is full of 'em!
But, this guy in particular is notorious for being a friggin' hammerhead. Oh, man. That....is.....BRUTAL! You got my story beat, lol. Wow, that is being SERIOUSLY f'd up. I've been plenty wasted in my life, but I never mistook a man for a woman! Not that I know of, anyway..... Sorry!
