My favorite restaurant on campus, the chef makes the best BBQ sauce ever. And I've been buying it on the down low from the guy. One day, I see him hand some guy a piece of bread with something on top and the guy starts sweating, crying and chugging beers. So I'm like, "What are you passing out and giving any to me?" He smiles the most evil smile ever and says, "You rely want to know?" "What am I in for?" "About 15 minutes of pain." he points to a jar and says, "Our spice guy dropped this off. Those are jalapenos, and these, I have no idea what the f$ck they are." So he loaded me up some bread, gave me a glass of milk and watched. I touched it, licked the oil from the peppers off of my finger and my tongue started tingling. I ate the whole thing and it was delicious. I went and washed my hands and between the bathroom and my barstool, my face started to melt. Tears were flowing uncontrollably and the burn was INTENSE for a solid 20 minutes. But damn it was delicious. Quote:

when i was 18 i worked at a theater as an usher and projectionist. All the non management employees would hang out and drink and watch ppv on the weekends. Our head projectionist was the "chef" of our crew, and we all kicked in for food. Well, i was kind of his "assistant" and we had this really hot chick as an usher who bragged about growing up in mexico and that she could handle anything spicy, the hotter the better. Well Bill (the projectionist) had the hots for her so he made this chili to prove she couldn't handle it. It was so hot your tongue literally goes numb after about 5 minutes of chemburn. He made 40 gallons of it in a trashcan (cleaned and sterilized) I asked him later where he learned to make it, because it was delicious but soooooo freakin hot. He told me he learned to make it in prison. I never got the recipe, but wished i had. He also made something he calls "swolls" which is basically noodles, smoked sausage, cheese, and assorted vegetables. He puts it in a trashbag and pours boiling chicken broth on it and seals up the bag. It simmers in the bag for about 2 hours and then you have this weird cheesy noodley dish that's actually pretty good.
So wierd |

lol, its hard to believe something so random cooked in a trashbag can actually taste so good. A buddy of mine told me his cellmate made a pizza crust out of pancake batter and crushed captain's wafers. I guess necessity *IS* the mother of invention. |

You hang out with a lot of people with prison time under their belt. What should we infer from this?
