I liked Scarlett's Sigma 6 design, but overall the toys were terrible. All those new BAT models and they couldn't put them in 1/18th scale, too. :(

yeah, i dug the S6 designs, especially HeavyDuty. I just didn't like the toys. The big ones were too big, and the little ones werent articulated enough
EDIT: Forgot, "Hooooold on to that feeeeeeeeeelin'!" |

Pretty much. I finally bought a Sky BAT off eBay when the 25th line started and another sealed at Half Price Books ($2!) a couple of months later because they had bought up some comic shop's excess stock. So those, a black Armored CC, and maybe a SE are all I picked up. Still, 1/18th is what I want.
I'd also take more suit Destros. I bought one in the initial HTS 2-pack offering and then found someone selling just the Suit version for a little under half the 2-pack shipped. Could always use more.

I didn't mind the toys but they way they developed the cartoon where as soon as something cool was FINALLY about to happen, it'd be tune in next week.... there were a few episodes in the end like that. It made me kinda glad they killed it.
There were some cool designs....lockdown was great. The Flint was a great new take.... |

I thought Stone was a great character, and S6's take on firefly was awesome.

The designs and concept was pretty decent (except the teenage scarlett), but the toys and execution weren't what they could have been. |

All I know is, if they decide to go more cartoon looking like Clone Wars, I'll be free. Free! FREE!!! Except I may buy the girls and possibly the Cobra Blue Trooper. Besides, I'm already on the hook next year for MU, IM2, Thor, Cap, and probably X-Men:FC. Losing Joe wouldn't be that big of a deal with so many Marvel options.

You don't KNOW that though. We've seen pre-pro images, small snippets of animation and generic website bios. All of which was probably chosen by people with dollar signs for eyes and not the creative minds behind it.
And as for the changes, so what? How does a new cartoon affect your feeling or memories of the old one? Are they going to go back and change the old cartoon to reflect what's going on in the new one? The only thing linking them is the name. If they wanted, they could start from scratch. But people would bitch like cuh-razy! People are calling the game before it's even been played, is all. And Timber as a girl makes sense to me. I think !SE! is BS-ing us about the bows but all of the female dogs I've had have been loyal beyond belief to me. I once had a cocker spaniel that fought off a german shepherd that was coming after me. |

Im not Bullshooting about the bows in girl timber's hair...and to answer this response, look...I can take story and Character changes considering its just a cartoon, and it does blatantly step all over the original G.I.JOE and the one we grew up with...ppl are gonna' complain no matter what they do with it...peroid! you just can't please everyone...my point is that when you give the control of artistic design to ppl with the degrees in animation and not to the people with raw artistic ability...this is the same result every time, I went to Art School and I know what it takes to make a cartoon, I have a BA in Digital Art and Animation...in my opinion this was half hazardly thrown together...i could hand pick a few Hisstankers to make a much better one, in fact im considering it.
You, Ren and the other media artists I'm sure could blow it out of the water. |

I'd say there's an excellent chance of seeing the SDCC McCullen mold again at retail in mass quantities.
Have you seen Destro's outfit for Renegades? Give him a soft goods trenchcoat: Voila.
