*Reminds me that I wanted to create a "Shock Shiner" icon to pass around the board.*

No worries, that's what I figured. Since SpecOps is a separate mission, what's keeping those Joes from joining the fight in their own caliber when the SpecOps mission is done? In a real combat battlefield, these guys would join the firefight in support of the main units, it could work like this with the game. The leaders would have to co-ordinate with each other as so nobody crosses fire, but it can work.
Back last year, both Joe and Cobra (there were no IGs) had around 43 players +/-3, so the GM would just field "drones" for the team who was short a couple and it could be battled out easily. With three teams now, the Joes and IGs are around the same size of 30odd, but the Cobra team is short on players for various reasons. So rather than field 10+ drones for Cobra, Cla made two teams - The Strike Team of equal size (15) who battle it out verses each other on equal footing, and the Special Ops Team of whatever size the team can field. Their HP values, and the number of obstacles they need to overcome in the environment can be adjusted to match the size of the team. The problem with recombining when Special Ops finishes is back to the drone thing. So they're going to have to stay separate, at least until all 3 teams can field the same number of players (give or take a couple). |

Post it up! Maybe I'll go off that.
DH - I totally understand that. Then maybe a way to limit the numbers of recruiting. I think I posted up earlier. But maybe set the total team limit to xx amount of players. Have current members as priority but have them confirm a few days before the game begins. Those who are confirmed, are on the roster. If (and when people flake) then open up the roster to those who didn't make the preliminary cut. This way there's always an even number of people on the team.

I'm thinking of making another flavor just haven't come up with anything yet SJ. What's funny as it started out as a joke then it got popular. That's when I started making of bunch of flavors. Some of these flavors where asked for some were thought of from other players.

OH yah!!! I saw those...
I'm actually working on a NASCAR custom with G.I. Joe as the hood sponsor (not real sponsor). In real racing, there's usually a soft drink brand. For my car, I was going to use Joe Cola and was hoping to use one of those!!! LOLZ

No, we don't want one team to recruit 100 people, and another only 20 or something, but so long as its within reason, I don't expect there to be any limit on things. Especiallly now with the flexibility in team size due to Special Ops. |
