There's still 4 hours on it. Shipping's $14 in the US though, I paid $12 for shipping on mine. Do you guys figure shipping into what you consider your cost for the item? I do, but I get the impression that some of you don't. I try to get multiple things from any given seller so I don't feel like I'm getting jacked for shipping.
If I'm actually going to buy something, then yes, I do factor in shipping. For example, when I got doc there was one guy who had fone for 15 with 30 shipping, and one at 20 with 5 shipping - I went with the latter. I organize my searches by Price+shipping (highest first) and then go down the list until I find my payment maximum. Then I go down the list and make notes of which ones seem interesting. The best looking offer the lowest on the list gets the nod. Generally I'm only looking for one or two items at a time, so I usually wind up paying for full shipping. Hence the method above. |

Exactly. $0.01 is awesome for a Patriot but then $14.01 is less awesome. Especially when USPS Priority shipping should only be around $6-$8 for something that size.

Its a way to avoid e-bay fees.
Which I realy hate. Really, REALLY hate. When mail order Doc just came out I saw one on the bay for $2, but $98 shipping. I think the patriot is Ok, but 14 is somewhat too high. 7-10 I'd probably call fair. |

Has anyone found a suitably futuristic combat helmet to compliment the Reactive Armor? I haven't found anything that looks right with the RA suits.
